Lab resources

Before joining the urban-ecology lab, all lab members are asked to read and sign a “lab contract”. Meaning, everyone agrees to adhere to a set of lab norms, or behavioural standards for a supportive and productive research team environment. Additionally, all lab members, but especially students are given a secrets-to-success document with tips on how to succeed in grad school.
